Hysterical Remarks of Political and Diplomatic Idiot Criticized
Pyongyang, September 25 (KCNA) -- Puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol, even at the 78th UN General Assembly, malignantly slandered the relations between the DPRK and Russia.
It was just the height of irony that the puppet with no elementary political knowledge and common sense of the international relations behaved rudely, voluntarily acting as a servile trumpeter and loudspeaker for the U.S.
Yoon condemned the traditional DPRK-Russia relations of friendship and cooperation as a "direct provocation to security and peace" in the region of south Korean puppets and as a "grave challenge to the regional and global peace", talking that "Seoul and its allies would not stand idly by."
It is quite natural and normal for neighboring countries to keep close relations with each other, and there is no reason to call such practice to account.
In particular, the development of friendship and cooperation among nations is the legitimate right of a sovereign state and the foundation for regional and global peace and stability.
The Russian Foreign Ministry criticized Yoon Suk Yeol's reckless remarks, saying that Seoul seems to rely more on speculation in making policies toward Russia and this creates a negative atmosphere and evokes disappointment.
The true picture of Yoon has been already brought to light as a political layman causing international troubles and diplomatic disasters at home and abroad.
In January this year, too, he went to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and sparked off a diplomatic sensation by making reckless remarks of describing a regional state which has historic and friendly relations with the UAE as an "enemy".
Some days ago, Yoon made an infantile behavior of changing the commonly used expression "Korea-China-Japan" into "Korea-Japan-China" to create another problem and become a laughing stock of Chinese media.
It is self-evident that such guy with a trash-like head cannot understand the profound and enormous meaning of the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations.
It is bitter shame on the image of the UN that such fool, who immediately reverses the keynote of foreign policy as children are playing tricks and only recognizes the relations between the states as the dichotomy into friend and foe, appeared on the stage of the UN General Assembly, the biggest diplomatic arena.
Yoon's invectives are nothing but a delivery of his master's wicked words to curry favor with the U.S., which is very uneasy about the rapidly-rising international position and influence of the DPRK, and an act of giving vent to anger at the poor plight in which he is treated as a "headache of village" and an outcast from neighbors by doing so many wrongdoings in Northeast Asia.
Puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol is a wrecker and disturber of the regional situation as he unhesitatingly kissed even the sworn enemy and introduced aggression forces from across the ocean to disturb the region by availing himself of the U.S. Indo-Pacific strategy to isolate and weaken regional powers.
Such fool dares slander the friendly cooperation among regional countries for independence and peace as a "threat", zealously acting a shock brigade of the U.S to form the international confrontation structure.
Is foolish Yoon Suk Yeol qualified to talk about the DPRK's friendly and normal diplomatic relations?
No one in the world would lend an ear to the hysteric fit of puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol who is only wearing disgraceful ill fames of "political immature", "diplomatic idiot" and "incompetent chief executive".
The foreign policy of the DPRK aspiring to the establishment of a fair and just new world order for the cause of human independence will not be tied to anything, and its friendly and cooperative relations with the close neighbors will continue to grow stronger. By Kim Yun Mi.
A Conference Declared Open by a 78-Year-Old Peasant
In the first half of the last century the Korean people put an end to the 40-year-long military occupation of their country by the Japanese imperialists and set out to build a new, prosperous and democratic country by their own efforts.
In February 1946, the first year after the liberation of Korea (August 15, 1945), the Provisional People’s Committee of North Korea was established as a people’s democratic government for carrying out the immediate tasks of the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution. It enforced democratic reforms including agrarian reform, enactment of sex equality law and nationalization of major industries in a short span of time. The democratic reforms resulted in colonial and feudal remnants liquidated in all spheres of social life, national industry beginning to revive and a democratic educational and cultural system set up.
Following the successful implementation of the tasks of the anti-imperialist, anti-feudal democratic revolution, a conference of the provincial, city and county people’s committees of north Korea for founding the People’s Committee of North Korea was held on February 17, 1947.
The conference was a historic one at which the People’s Committee of North Korea, the genuine supreme power organ of the people, was formed for the first time in the history of the Korean nation. The conference approved the democratic laws announced by the Provisional People’s Committee of North Korea and discussed and proclaimed the plan for national economic development for 1947. In view of the character and significance of the conference, who would deliver the opening address was an important issue.
Who delivered the opening address?
On February 16, the day before the conference, Kim Il Sung learned in detail about the preparations for the conference from the members of its preparatory committee in his office in the Provisional People’s Committee of North Korea.
Upon hearing that they had yet to select the person who would deliver the opening address, he said that it would be good to choose the oldest peasant or worker among the delegates to the conference, who had long undergone hardships before liberation and was now working faithfully in support of the people’s government.
The person who conformed to these criteria was a delegate from Kangdong County.
He was an ordinary peasant who had lived as a farm hand and sharecropper for 30 years in the county. After the liberation of the country he had assiduously farmed the land distributed to him, and paid the tax in kind before anyone else and donated rice to the country out of patriotism. Approved as a hard-working peasant by the villagers, he had been elected to the county people’s committee.
The day before the conference Kim Il Sung met the old peasant. After hearing his account of his family background, Kim Il Sung said to him: Now our peasants have become the eternal masters of the country and the land; ours is a really good system as an old man like you has been elected as a member of the people’s committee; I would like you to deliver the opening address at the conference.
The old man was so surprised and moved by his unexpected offer that he declined.
Then Kim Il Sung earnestly said to the old man that he could do it well and that if he did, it would exert a great influence on the participants in the conference.
In this way the 78-year-old peasant delivered the opening address.
This anecdote eloquently testifies to the fact that the conference was a grand meeting of genuine representatives of the people, who had become the masters of the country, to build a supreme power organ that embodied the will of the people.
September 25, 2012 is the day when the law of the Supreme People’s Assembly “On Enforcing Universal 12-Year Compulsory Education” was promulgated at the 6th session of the 12th Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
Right to education is the most basic and important right among all the rights that people are given by the state and society.
However, on the worldwide scale, this right is not fully ensured yet.
Several countries are said to introduce “compulsory education”.
But this does not include all children across the society as it has many restrictions.
Satellite communication-based and Internet-based tele-education is being applied as the study-while-working system - a form of higher education is developing.
But it aims at commercializing education and pursuing profits, thus, the working masses cannot share in the benefit.
In our country, under the warm care of peerless great men, all people including the preschool children are fully provided with their rights to education.
As early as in the time of anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, President Kim Il Sung provided precious experience and tradition of unique free education system.
Based on this, he saw that the people-oriented educational policies are implemented after the liberation of the country.
Thus, he set a brilliant example of universal free education system.
In our country, under the tender loving care of President Kim Il Sung, compulsory primary education was introduced for the first time in 1956.
Compulsory secondary education was introduced in 1958 and free education was introduced in all educational sectors since 1959.
The Party allowed no delay in posterity work even during tough times when state expenses would be vast.
Thus under its warm benevolence, the universal compulsory nine-year technical education and the universal 11-year compulsory education systems were established in 1967 and 1972 respectively.
And on September 1, 1975, these were put into effect full-scale all across the country.
All expenses for primary education including preschool education, secondary education and social education are entirely covered by the state, therefore students here study without knowing any form of “registration fee” or “school expense”.
Herein lies the advantage of the compulsory education system in our country.
On September 25, 2012, at the 6th session of the 12th SPA, the law of the SPA “On Enforcing Universal 12-Year Compulsory Education” was proclaimed again.
This was another expression of great love for the coming generation - the great pride and hope of the country.
UNESCO analyzed that a one-year increase in the education period would bring a great increase in the economic growth rate as the annual growth rate of scientific and technical knowledge continues to rise in the present era.
In light of such facts, it would be easy enough for everyone to guess about how much more powerful our country would become with the implementation of the universal 12-year compulsory education system.
As we hold in high esteem respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who set up the one and only socialist education system with a noble view of love for the future, the world will witness the appearance of the DPRK which would shine as a socialist education power and a strong country with many prodigious talents in the near future.
Maltreatment vs High Regard for Women
Recently, a French media reported on the murder of a woman in a village and revealed that one woman is killed every three days and 118 women died of domestic violence in 2022 alone in France.
The police forces in France are known to have to be called in for as many as forty times in an hour due to violence cases against women.
The miserable plight of women in capitalist countries was brought to glaring light by the trial that was held last month. A former police officer of the London Metropolitan Police was detained and tried on suspicion of repeated rapes of a 16-year-old girl with his fellow policemen during his service with police since 2010.
Now the policemen in Britain seem to be competing with criminals in a race of committing violent crimes.
In March 2021, a policeman of the Metropolitan Police dragged a woman to a secluded place on the charge of “breaching COVID-19 regulations” and raped her to death. Another policeman was sentenced to life imprisonment on the charge of raping and committing sexual assaults on a number of women for as long as 20 years.
On the other hand, several cases of policemen charged with such crimes as sexual assaults and domestic violence are reported one after another to the consternation of the community.
The police, whose mission and duty is to maintain public order and to protect people’s safety and property, are now reduced to criminals and objects of anxiety and fear - this is the stark reality of what they call as “rules-based states” or “exemplary states of human rights”.
Unlike the West where women have become the target of domestic violence, maltreatment and discrimination, what prevails in our society is respect and high regard for women.
The Socialist Constitution, Law on Protection of the Rights of Women and the Socialist Labor Law have been adopted and state and social policies for women have been formulated, and thus ensuring the dignity and rights of the Korean women on a full scale and empowering them as contributors to social development in the true sense of the word.
The Party and the state are providing women with a happy life: modern hospitals like the Breast Cancer Research Institute of Pyongyang Maternity Hospital are being built across the country, contributing to the promotion of women’s health; and the state is taking special, and preferential measures for mothers with several children such as bringing up the children exclusively on state expenses.
Thanks to the measures taken and care directed by the Party and the state, Korean women are regarded as flowers of their life, family and the country, who have come into full bloom in a big flower garden of socialism. They are now making substantial contribution to the prosperity and development of the country, discharging their responsibility as deputies to the people’s power organs, talented scientists, artists and athletes.
They will be respected by the society and community and blossom into beautiful flowers of the country, adding vitality to the era of overall prosperity of socialism, under the loving care of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
