Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Visits Bier of Kim Yong Nam

Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, visited the bier of Kim Yong Nam at 01:00 of November 4 to express deep condolences over his death.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was accompanied by major senior Party and government officials.

A wreath in the august name of Kim Jong Un was laid before the bier of the deceased.

 

Kim Yong Nam Passes away

Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, former chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, passed away at the age of 97 at 12:00 on November 3, 2025, due to multiple organ failure caused by carcinomatous poisoning.

An obituary of his death was announced on Nov. 3 by the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and the DPRK Cabinet.

The obituary said:

The life of Kim Yong Nam was a brilliant one in which he was highly honoured for his allegiance to the revolution with pure loyalty and high ability under the care of the Party and the leader.

Born into a family of the ruined nation and lived in distress under the colonial rule of foreign imperialism, Kim Yong Nam greeted the national liberation at the age of 17. After the liberation he devoted his efforts to social activities for the prosperity and honor of the country and the freedom and happiness of the people.

He, who left to study abroad in the early days of building a democratic state, returned home in July 1952, when the homeland experienced a fierce war, and devoted himself to training Party cadres at the then Central Party School. He worked at the Central Committee of the WPK from the mid-1950s to the first half of the 1960s, contributing to enhancing the external prestige of the Party and conducting dynamic work with the progressive forces supporting and encouraging our cause in the international arena.

After working as a vice-minister of Foreign Affairs for four years, he successively held an important post in the field of international affairs of the Party from September 1967. In the period, he displayed strict principle and high practical ability in the important and difficult work of modeling the whole Party on the revolutionary idea of the leader, exposing and frustrating the moves of the counterrevolutionary forces that left a stain in the history of the world socialist movement and defending the revolutionary character and authority of our Party.

Since 1983, he had conducted dynamic political and diplomatic activities to defend the rights and interests of the dignified DPRK in the international arena for nearly 20 years as a vice-premier of the Administration Council and foreign minister.

In the days when he devoted all his wisdom and energy to thoroughly implementing the foreign policy of the state with independence, peace and friendship as its main idea, he made a great contribution to expanding the scope of the DPRK's external relations and creating environment favorable for socialist construction.

When our country and people were consolidating the foundations for building a powerful country under the uplifted banner of socialism in the face of severe trials, Kim Yong Nam assumed the post as the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, faithfully supported the Party's ideas and leadership and demonstrated his unique ability and experience in the international arena, thus recording remarkable merits in the history of the DPRK's politics and diplomacy.

During his service as a member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and a senior official of the DPRK supreme power organ, he remained faithful to his duty as a revolutionary veteran to ensure that the whole state affairs advanced along the correct track of development in the new era.

For nearly 80 years of his revolutionary activities, Kim Yong Nam had always served the Party, the country and the people with rich knowledge and high responsibility and devoted himself to writing precious books to convey to posterity the proud history of the Republic which has been associated only with victory and glory in spite of his great age of over 90.

The merits he performed by devoting his life to the Party, the revolution and the people will shine with the future of the DPRK which will win victory after victory and he will be remembered by the great history of the country and the people as a veteran of the state, the obituary said.

Kim Yong Nam was awarded Order of Kim Il Sung and Order of Kim Jong Il, the highest orders of the DPRK, and high-ranking Party and state commendations including the title of Labor Hero, for his feats for the Party, the revolution, the country and the people.

The Central Committee of the WPK, the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and the Cabinet of the DPRK announced a decision that the deceased Kim Yong Nam will be accorded a state funeral and the state funeral committee will be formed with the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, Comrade Pak Thae Song, Comrade Choe Ryong Hae and other 97 persons as its members.

The state funeral committee said that the bier of Kim Yong Nam is placed at the Sojang Club of Pothonggang District in Pyongyang and that the callers for condolence will be received from 09:00 to 19:00 of Nov. 4 and the coffin of the deceased will be carried out of the club at 09:00 of Nov. 5.

 

Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Gives Field Guidance at School Things Factory and School Fixtures Factory under Construction

Pyongyang, November 5 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, gave field guidance at the School Things Factory and the School Fixtures Factory under construction on November 4.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was accompanied by Jo Yong Won, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

He was greeted on the spot by No Kwang Chol, minister of National Defence, the commanding officers of the units of the Korean People’s Army involved in the construction, officials of design institutions and officials concerned.

First, he visited the construction site of the School Things Factory.

After acquainting himself with the progress of the project, he went round the site.

He stressed once again that the construction of the School Things Factory, the School Fixtures Factory and the Educational Apparatus Factory which the Party attaches importance to are of great significance in consolidating the material foundation of the educational field of the DPRK and improving the educational conditions and environment.

Saying that thanks to the devoted efforts of the soldier-builders, the construction of the factory, which had been subject to empty talks in the educational field for several years, is to be completed in a matter of a few months and our army has created a precious wealth for the future of the country through a worthwhile day-and-night struggle for creation which no one can substitute, he highly appreciated their efforts.

He noted that the issue of consolidating the material and technical foundation of the educational field was dealt with as an important agenda in every plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee for the past few years, but the project was not carried out until the half of this year although five calendar years have passed. He said that this is a matter of viewpoint and attitude of the leading officials of the Cabinet and the educational field towards the Party's policies and the future of the state before taking into consideration the economic and practical conditions.

He went on:

Every plenary meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea adopted 8 same decisions on the establishment of those factories. However, they have not been implemented, and the relevant sector also has not presented a clear way for their implementation.

The plenary meeting to be held in December should strictly review the reason why the weighty policies of great significance on the most important of state affairs were neglected for several years.

Then, he went round the construction site of the School Fixtures Factory.

After receiving a report that the soldier-builders finished the construction of the factory's main frame and are stepping up the final work, he highly appreciated their efforts.

He expressed satisfaction over the fact that the soldier-builders are ensuring high quality in the construction. And he repeatedly commended them, saying that he could fully sense that all the elements covering every corner of the architectural space are associated with the steadfast ideological and moral world and pure loyalty of the People's Army committed to implementing the Party's policies.

He stressed that the School Things Factory, the School Fixtures Factory and the Educational Apparatus Factory should be flawless in all aspects of construction and equipment installation as well as the production and living environments as they are the key factories aimed to meet the demand of the whole country, clarifying the detailed tasks in completing the construction by the end of the year and running the factories within the first half of next year.

Looking at the samples of school fixtures to be supplied to all schools across the country, he emphasized the importance of establishing a system of supplying raw and other materials in a long-term and scientific way to fully satisfy proper standard, demand and quality according to schools, ages, figures and varieties and referred to the relevant measures to be taken in the future.

He earnestly requested all the soldier-builders to complete the construction projects for strengthening the educational foundation of the country into the monumental edifices clearly demonstrating the eye-opening development of our times, bearing deep in mind the pride and responsibility that they are building creations directly related to the future of the country by their own efforts true to the plan and intention of the Party Central Committee.

True to his militant call, the soldier-builders firmly pledged to attain a successful result to materialize the desire of the WPK as early as possible through high-pitched struggle and make a report of glory and loyalty to the Party Central Committee.

 

Pyongyang General Hospital Opens in DPRK

Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang General Hospital opened in the DPRK on November 3.

The medical workers and employees of the hospital are determined to devote themselves to ensuring that the great benevolence of the Workers' Party of Korea leads to protecting the people's lives and promoting their health.

On Nov. 3, the hospital started the treatment of patients sent by the central-level hospitals.

The patients feel most grateful to the motherly Party, which values the lives of the people most, for its great love, while receiving the best medical services at the world-class hospital.

With the significant opening, the Pyongyang General Hospital will be kept in the hearts of the people as a house of love, a seat which protects the lives, health and laughter of people.

Kim Yong Nam, ehemaliger Vorsitzender des Präsidiums der Obersten Volksversammlung der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK), ist am 3. November 2025 im Alter von 97 Jahren gestorben.

Er war ein hochangesehener Funktionär der Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK) und der DVRK.

Er wurde 1928 während der brutalen Kolonialherrschaft des japanischen Imperialismus in einer ruinierten Nation geboren.

Er erlebte die Befreiung Koreas (15. August 1945) im Alter von 17 Jahren.

Kim Yong Nam setzte sich sein ganzes Leben für das Glück und Wohl der Nation und des Volkes ein.

Nach einem Studium im Ausland kehrte er im Juli 1952 in die Heimat zurück.

Er trainierte Parteikader in der damaligen Zentralen Parteischule.

Von Mitte der 1950er-Jahre bis in die erste Hälfte der 1960er-Jahre arbeitete er im Zentralkomitee der PdAK.

Er diente auch als Vizeaussenminister der DVRK während 4 Jahren.

Auf einem wichtigen Posten auf dem Gebiet der internationalen Angelegenheiten der PdAK ab September 1967 engagierte er sich für die Verankerung der revolutionären Ideen des grossen Führers in der Partei und für die Aufdeckung und Entlarvung der konterrevolutionären Kräfte, die der sozialistischen Weltbewegung und der Verteidigung des revolutionären Charakters und der Autorität der PdAK schweren Schaden zugefügt hatten.

Seit 1983 entfaltete Kim Yong Nam als Vizeministerpräsident und Aussenminister der DVRK während fast 20 Jahren eine rege diplomatische Aktivität. Dadurch erlangte die DVRK ein hohes internationales Prestige.

Später bekleidete Kim Yong Nam die Funktion des Vorsitzenden des Präsidiums der Obersten Volksversammlung der DVRK. Auch in dieser Funktion wirkte er aktiv für die friedliebende Aussenpolitik der DVRK und stattete mehreren Ländern Besuche ab.

Er war Mitglied des Präsidiums des Politbüros des Zentralkomitees der PdAK.

Als angesehener revolutionärer Veteran setzte Kim Yong Nam sein ganzes Wissen und seine reichen Erfahrungen für den weiteren Aufbau des Sozialismus ein und verfasste dazu sogar im Alter von über 90 Jahren noch Bücher über die Geschichte der Partei und des Staates.

Kim Yong Nam war zeit seines Lebens dem Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG, dem Vorsitzenden KIM JONG IL und dem Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN treu ergeben.

Er wurde mit dem KIM-IL-SUNG-Orden, dem KIM-JONG-IL-Orden, den höchsten Orden der DVRK, dem Titel Held der Arbeit und weiteren Auszeichnungen für seine grossen Verdienste für die Partei, die Revolution, das Land und das Volk geehrt.

Das Zentralkomitee der PdAK, das Komitee für Staatsangelegenheiten der DVRK, das Präsidium der Obersten Volksversammlung und das Kabinett der DVRK nahmen den Beschluss an, Kim Yong Nam mit einem Staatsbegräbnis zu ehren und ein staatliches Begräbniskomitee mit dem hochverehrten Genossen KIM JONG UN, dem Ministerpräsidenten Pak Thae Song, mit Choe Ryong Hae, Vorsitzender des Präsidiums der Obersten Volksversammlung der DVRK, und weiteren 97 Personen zu bilden.

Der Oberste Führer KIM JONG UN, Generalsekretär der PdAK und Vorsitzender für Staatsangelegenheiten der DVRK, begab sich heute zur Totenbahre Kim Yong Nams, um sein tief empfundenes Beileid zu bekunden, und liess in seinem Namen einen Kranz niederlegen.

Das koreanische Volk, die Freunde Koreas und Anhänger der Juche-Ideologie, darunter unsere Organisationen, bewahren dem Genossen Kim Yong Nam ein ehrendes Andenken.

Eine Militärparade zur Feier des 80. Jahrestages der Gründung der Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK) fand am 10. Oktober auf dem KIM-IL-SUNG-Platz in Pyongyang statt.

Grosse Begeisterung und Bewunderung riefen die gezeigten ballistischen Interkontinentalraketen (ICBMs) Hwasongpho-20, das stärkste strategische atomare Waffensystem der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK), hervor.

Einheiten aller Waffengattungen der Streitkräfte der DVRK marschierten über den Platz.

Der Oberste Führer KIM JONG UN, Generalsekretär der PdAK und Vorsitzender für Staatsangelegenheiten der DVRK, nahm die Parade ab und hielt eine Rede.

Nach Grussworten an in- und ausländische Gäste richtete er warme Dankesworte und Glückwünsche an das ganze Volk, das den Oktobertag mit Arbeitsverdiensten kröne.

Er betonte, dass die Souveränität des Landes nur mit Stärke und Sieg verteidigt werden könne.

Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN sagte, dass die PdAK es als ihre heilige Pflicht angesehen habe, sich für das Schicksal und die Zukunft des Landes und des Volkes einzusetzen. Deshalb sei die Koreanische Volksarmee (KVA) noch vor dem Staat gegründet worden und seien reguläre revolutionäre Streitkräfte aufgebaut worden.

Das koreanische Volk sei der KVA ewig dankbar für die Verteidigung des Landes gegen die gefährlichsten Aggressoren und gegen die Konterrevolution.

Die KVA habe sich in den letzten Jahren, neben der Konfrontation gegenüber dem Feind, an grossen Bauprojekten sowohl in der Hauptstadt als auch in den Provinzen beteiligt und damit die Erwartungen der Partei und des Volkes erfüllt.

Dazu sagte Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN:

"Wann immer wir Zeugen der wunderbaren Resultate sind, die die Offiziere und Soldaten unserer Armee vollbracht haben, empfinde ich eine starke Emotion.

.......

Für mich und für unsere Partei war die Armee ein Quell der Kraft im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes."

Die Partei sei der Armee immer dankbar und sei stolz auf sie.

Deshalb sei er glücklich, das Gründungsjubiläum der PdAK mit den geliebten Offizieren und Soldaten, die den Weg der Revolution bahnen, zu verbringen.

Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN zollte den antijapanischen Vorkämpfern und den Kriegsveteranen seinen besonderen Respekt und seine Hochachtung, da sie zur Gründergeneration der Armee gehören und mit noblem Patriotismus und Heldenmut die Ideologie und die Sache der Partei verteidigt hätten.

Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN dankte im Namen der PdAK und des ganzen Volkes den Generälen, Offizieren und Soldaten der Ueberseeoperations-Einheiten, die die Befehle der Partei und des Mutterlandes ausgeführt hätten.

Die Partei werde auch in Zukunft die KVA an der vordersten Front platzieren. Er sagte:

"Die Verteidigung der Souveränität der DVRK und der Schutz der Sicherheit und der Interessen des koreanischen Volkes ist die oberste Pflicht und die absolute Mission unserer Armee."

Die PdAK, die Regierung der DVRK und deren Streitkräfte würden auch in Zukunft den Kampf der fortschrittlichen Menschheit gegen Ungerechtigkeit und Hegemonie unterstützen und die Gerechtigkeit und den Frieden verteidigen.

Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN schloss seine Rede mit den Worten:

"Die grosse Geschichte und die heroischen Verdienste der KVA, die über diesen glorreichen Platz marschiert, wird unseren Vormarsch ermutigen.

Ruhm den heroischen Verteidigern unserer Sache!

Lang lebe der 80. Jahrestag der Gründung der ruhmreichen Partei der Arbeit Koreas!"

Die historische Rede des hochverehrten Generalsekretärs KIM JONG UN an der Militärparade zum Parteigründungsjubiläum demonstrierte die engste Verbundenheit der PdAK mit den revolutionären Streitkräften der DVRK.

Sie brachte die kühnen Pläne für die Zukunft des Landes zum Ausdruck.

Die Partei, die Armee und das Volk sind eine Einheit und scharen sich in einmütiger Geschlossenheit um den obersten Führer.

Das von der PdAK geführte sozialistische Korea wird auch in Zukunft allen Herausforderungen trotzen, jeden Aggressor bezwingen und ist unbesiegbar!

Der Oberste Führer KIM JONG UN, Generalsekretär der Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK) und Vorsitzender für Staatsangelegenheiten der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK), besuchte am 8. Oktober das Parteigründungs-Museum in Pyongyang.

Es ist das Haus, in dem der grosse Führer Genosse KIM IL SUNG vor 80 Jahren, am 10. Oktober 1945, die PdAK gegründet hat.

Zur Feier des 80. Jahrestages der Gründung der PdAK hielt Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN vor diesem historischen Haus eine bedeutende Rede.

Er begann sie mit folgenden bewegenden Worten:

"Lasst und nachdenken, warum wir uns kurz vor dem 80. Jahrestag der Gründung der Partei der Arbeit Koreas vor diesem Haus versammelt haben.

Unser heutiger Besuch ist sehr wichtig, denn dieses historische Haus ist der Ort des grossen Ereignisses der Gründung unserer Partei."

Wie er sagte, sei dieses bescheidene Haus der Sitz des obersten Generalstabs der koreanischen Revolution gewesen.

An diesem Ort, an dem der Aufbau eines mächtigen sozialistischen Landes begann, könne er seine Emotion nicht verbergen.

Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN stellte fest, dass der Sozialismus, den die Gründergeneration mit der Parteigründung im befreiten Land aufgebaut hat, der Sozialismus koreanischer Prägung sei und dass dieser der aktuellen Bedingung entspreche.

Die Parteigründung habe von A bis Z die Selbstgenügsamkeit und die Selbstbestimmung, d. h. den Glauben an das Volk und dessen Stärke, im Auge gehabt.

Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN hob die Juche-orientierte sozialistische Ideologie und Theorie, die siegreich sei, hervor.

Das Geheimnis der längsten Führungsgeschichte in der sozialistischen Bewegung liege in der unsterblichen Vitalität der das Volk privilegierenden sozialistischen Ideologie und ihrer durchgehenden und perfekten Fortsetzung.

Die PdAK habe das Das-Volk-zuerst-Prinzip als ihr politisches Ideal formuliert und alle ihre Anstrengungen für das Glück des Volkes unternommen.

In den Nachkriegsjahren sei die Partei durch die Selbstreinigung und den Anti-Fraktions-Kampf gestählt worden und habe damit das Vertrauen und die Unterstützung des Volkes sicherstellen können.

Die Partei, der Sozialismus und das Volk seien eine Schicksalsgemeinschaft. Die PdAK betrachte das Vertrauen des Volkes als ihre Lebensgrundlage.

Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN rief dazu auf, einen neuen grossen Aufschwung in allen Sektoren der Gesellschaft mit verstärkter Kraft in einem Jahrzehnt zu erreichen.

Er hob den volksverbundenen Charakter des Staates hervor und sagte dazu:

"Unser Staat ist einer des ganzen Volkes, von allen aufgebaut; so war es in der Vergangenheit, so wird es auch in der Zukunft sein."

Er betonte die absolute Notwendigkeit, Ordnung und eine gesunde Disziplin in der Partei zu konsolidieren, damit alle Elemente und Handlungen, die das Führungsprestige der Partei unterminieren, aufgedeckt und ihre Uebeltaten eliminiert werden können.

Dabei appellierte er an die hohe Verantwortung der Kader. Er sagte dazu:

"Der Erfolg der Arbeit hängt davon ab, wie die Kader ihre Rolle spielen."

Wenn man müde werde und Ermutigung brauche, sollte man sich den Kampfgeist der Parteigründergeneration zum Vorbild nehmen.

Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN schloss mit den würdevollen Worten:

"Dieses historische Haus wird immer als Heiligtum, das die Abstammung der PdAK und ihre immer siegreichen Traditionen für alle Ewigkeit hochhält, erstrahlen.

Lang lebe die Partei der Arbeit Koreas!"

Mit dieser historischen Rede hat der hochverehrte Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN eine Bilanz der Parteigeschichte gezogen und alle Kader und Mitglieder der Partei ermutigt und aufgerufen, unter ihrer Führung die dem Volk dienende sozialistische Gesellschaft weiter zu perfektionieren und die DVRK zu einer noch blühenderen und mächtigeren Nation zu gestalten.

Es lebe die ruhmreiche und immer siegreiche Partei der Arbeit Koreas!

des Schweizerischen Vorbereitungskomitees für die Feier des 80. Unmittelbar nach der Befreiung Koreas von der Kolonialherrschaft des japanischen Imperialismus (15. August 1945) gründete der grosse Führer Genosse KIM IL SUNG am 10. Oktober 1945 die Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK).

Sie ging aus den von ihm in den 1920er- und 1930er-Jahren, während des antijapanischen bewaffneten Befreiungskampfes, gegründeten revolutionären Organisationen hervor.

Die PdAK als Generalstab der koreanischen Revolution leitete den Aufbau des neuen demokratischen Korea an.

Die am 9. September 1948 als unabhängiger, freier und demokratischer Staat gegründete Demokratische Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK) wird von der PdAK geführt.

Die PdAK führte im Vaterländischen Befreiungskrieg (Korea-Krieg, 1950-1953) die Koreanische Volksarmee (KVA) und das koreanische Volk zum historischen Sieg über die USA-Aggressoren.

Nach dem Sieg führte die PdAK den Aufbau des auf der Juche-Ideologie basierenden unabhängigen Sozialismus koreanischer Prägung an.

In den 1950er- und 1960er-Jahren hatte die PdAK gegen einige parteifeindliche fraktionistische Cliquen zu kämpfen, die in die Partei eingedrungen waren mit dem konterrevolutionären Ziel, das noch junge sozialistische Korea zu liquidieren.

Nach dem Sieg über die Parteifeinde und Fraktionsmacher errang der Aufbau des Sozialismus unter der Führung des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG und des Vorsitzenden KIM JONG IL epochale Erfolge.

Es entstand ein einmaliges, das Volk privilegierende und den Menschen in den Mittelpunkt stellende Gesellschaftssystem, in dem alles dem Volk und dessen Wohl dient.

Die Gesundheitsfürsorge, die Erziehung und das Wohnen sind kostenlos und die Steuern abgeschafft. Das Lebensniveau des Volkes stieg kontinuierlich, weshalb die PdAK vom Volk lliebevoll "Mutter Partei" genannt wird.

Die Chollima-Bewegung (Chollima = geflügeltes Tausendmeilenpferd), in der alles Rückständige in allen Bereichen der Gesellschaft und in der Ideologie und Moral überwunden wurde, wurde zur Generallinie der PdAK.

In den Jahren 1957-1970 wurde die Industrialisierung in der DVRK vollendet.

In den 1970er- und 1980er-Jahren erlebte das sozialistische Korea unter der Führung der PdAK einen beispiellosen wirtschaftlichen und technologischen Aufschwung.

Die DVRK wurde zum Paradies des Volkes, in dem alles dem Volk dient und dessen Glück und Wohl im Mittelpunkt steht.

Die PdAK ist auch die Begründerin der unabhängigen Aussenpolitik der DVRK, die seit 1975 der Bewegung der Blockfreien Staaten und seit 1991 der UNO angehört.

Die PdAK leitete auch den Aufbau der DVRK zum Atomwaffenstaat an, der auch über ballistische Interkontinentalraketen (ICBM) und Aufklärungssatelliten verfügt.

Ideologisch ist die PdAK die Partei der Genossen KIM IL SUNG und KIM JONG IL. Nach dem Ableben des Vorsitzenden KIM JONG IL (17. Dezember 2011) wurde der hochverehrte Genosse KIM JONG UN an die Spitze der Partei und des Staates gewählt.

Er proklamierte die revolutionären Ideen und das Lebenswerk des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG und des Vorsitzenden KIM JONG IL zum Kimilsungismus-Kimjongilismus als der Leitideologie der PdAK.

Unter der Führung des Generalsekretärs KIM JONG UN entwickelte sich das sozialistische Korea zu einer politisch-ideologischen, militärischen und ökonomischen Grossmacht.

Die PdAK ist heute die am längsten führende Partei eines sozialistischen Landes. Sie übertrifft die Lebensdauer der KPdSU* und der von dieser geführten Sowjetunion schon bei Weitem.

Dank der einmütigen Geschlossenheit des Volkes um den obersten Führer und um die Partei wurden die schweren ökonomischen Schwierigkeiten, die nach dem Kollaps des Sozialismus sowjetischen Stils nach 1989/90 und der Sowjetunion und den verschärften Embargos und Sanktionen des USA-Imperialismus entstanden waren, im "schweren Marsch" und im "Gewaltmarsch" siegreich überwunden.

Das koreanische Volk feiert voller Patriotismus und Stolz froh den glanzvollen 80. Jahrestag der Gründung der PdAK.

Unter ihrer Führung haben das sozialistische Korea und das koreanische Volk eine rosige Zukunft.

Die Periode vom 15. August, dem Befreiungstag, zum 10. Oktober, dem Parteijubiläum, ist eine Periode der Feierlichkeiten, die den Patriotismus und den Stolz des koreanischen Volkes widerspiegeln.

Die grosse PdAK ist unbesiegbar und unzerstörbar und wird das sozialistische Korea und das koreanische Volk in eine noch glücklichere Zukunft mit höchster Zivilisation führen.

Es lebe ewig die grosse, siegreiche und unbezwingbare Partei der Arbeit Koreas!

National Flag-raising and National Oath-taking Ceremony Takes Place to Mark 77th Founding anniversary of DPRK

Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- The entire people of the DPRK are all afire with ardent patriotic desire to make single-minded efforts for the continuous prosperity and grandeur of the country on the occasion of the glorious September. A national flag-raising and national oath-making ceremony took place at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on September 9 to mark the 77th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, was present at the commemorative event.

Present there were members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and other senior officials of the Party and the government, deputies to the Supreme People's Assembly and commanding officers of armed forces organs.

The guard of honor of the Korean People's Army lined up at the venue of the commemorative ceremony of the Mansudae Assembly Hall.

A ceremony of hoisting the national flag of the DPRK took place.

Guards of honor of the KPA solemnly escorted the national flag of the DPRK to the venue of the ceremony.

The leading officials of the state paid high tribute to the national flag of the DPRK which has served as an ever-victorious banner, recording in its flag the great history of the dignity and glory of the indomitable Korean people for decades along with the birth of the People's Republic.

The national flag was hoisted amid the playing of the national anthem of the DPRK.

Looking up to the national flag with reverence, the participants shared their patriotic will to hold higher and glorify the greatest and most beautiful country in the world.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made a commemorative oath to mark the 77th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

At the call of the head of state, the leading officials of the state solemnly pledged before the sacred national flag to make devoted efforts to remain boundlessly faithful all the time to the promotion of the people's well-being and growth and development of the state, to firmly defend the Constitution of the DPRK and strictly observe its legal duty, to firmly adhere to the socialist ideology and safeguard the socialist system and to carry forward the greatness and beauty of the motherland forever with loyalty to the beloved motherland, as for the responsible members defending the sovereignty of the DPRK and interests of its people and serving the state and people.

Kim Jong Un made a meaningful speech.

On the occasion of National Day, he extended warm congratulations to the working people across the country and the officers and soldiers of the Korean People’s Army, who, sharing the destiny of their motherland, are adding lustre to the prestige and honour of the Republic with resourceful creation and sincere efforts, as well as to the families across the country.

And he paid ennobling tribute to the heroes and patriotic martyrs, who performed truly proud exploits for today and future of this Korea and remain alive forever in the memory of their motherland, and extended a warm militant salute to the generals, officers and soldiers of our army, who have been dispatched for overseas military operations and would be greeting this day with their glorious national flag in the bosom in the far-away alien land.

He also extended warm congratulations to the overseas compatriots who would be greeting their National Day with a patriotic desire for the prosperity of their homeland.

The cause of building a powerful country covering 77 years, which started on the day when the birth of a new Korea was proclaimed, is being reviewed proudly now that our state has attained a remarkable status, he said, adding no force can reverse the powerful current towards an era of prosperity, which we have created by ourselves.

Noting that at this moment, when our glorious and worthwhile struggle of immortal significance has brought into reality in history the high ambition that with force of unity fostered by the truth we will lead the whole world by and by, there is an iron truth that we cherish deep in our hearts, he stressed the truth is that socialism we chose is the one and only right road. It was on the strength of the justice and truth embodied in socialism that we have won all the glory we are enjoying today; having established a powerful political system and built a great national strength, we will not allow the destiny of our country to be left to any foreign forces’ devices, he said.

As a symbol of this great and beautiful Korea, socialism is the cornerstone and inexhaustible dynamic power guaranteeing the eternal existence of our Republic and its infinite development and prosperity, he said, adding that as long as socialism of our style thrives, this will remain an ever peaceful and prosperous land, and our people’s security and wellbeing will be defended for all ages.

He ardently called for holding higher the banner of socialism and advancing vigorously along the road of socialism for the undying glory of our Korea and for our coming generations who should lead an enduring dignified and happy life in the powerful and prosperous country and for building a brighter and happier future through an indefatigable struggle and enterprising efforts befitting Koreans.

The participants were deeply moved by the ardent speech reflecting the steadfast faith and will of Kim Jong Un to hold the great DPRK and its people in esteem as the strongest country and the most dignified people in the world, and his earnest request calling on them to become vanguard fighters in carrying out the sacred cause for overall national prosperity and true servants of the people.

When Kim Jong Un finished his speech, enthusiastic cheers of "hurrah!" burst out to shake the venue.

The leading officials of the state made a pledge of loyalty to uphold with a single mind the ideology and leadership of the great Comrade Kim Jong Un who is ushering in a new era of great changes and miracles to be specially recorded in the history of the DPRK's growth and development and to make devoted efforts for the eternal security and prosperity of the glorious DPRK which will shine forever.

 

Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Gives Field Guidance at Construction Site of Kusong City Hospital

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, gave field guidance at the construction site of the Kusong City Hospital on September 8.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was accompanied by Jo Yong Won, Ju Chang Il, Kim Jae Ryong, Kim Yong Su and other senior officials of the Central Committee of the WPK.

He heard from officials concerned a report on the progress made in the construction.

He appreciated the efforts of the builders to achieve signal successes in the construction of the regional hospital by carrying through the intention of the Party Central Committee, which declared this year as the first year of the revolution in public health and gives top priority to the construction of the model city and county hospitals that will lead the overall rejuvenation of public health of the country, through resolute labor struggle.

He went round various places of the hospital to learn about its construction.

The construction of regional hospitals, the start of a great revolution to transform public health facilities across the country before any other sector, is the most responsible and important work to ensure that regional people receive advanced medical services in their regions just like in the capital, he said, adding that this is a substantial and new qualitative change of the region that our Party looks forward to and a meaningful progress in accelerating the building of a highly civilized and prospering state.

He noted that the public health revolution which is being carried on in parallel with the nationwide revolution in regional industry is the most urgent task which will give fresh vital power to our socialist public health, and that this work should be associated with absolute principle and the view on service of our state which subordinates and orients everything to the promotion of the people's health and well-being.

And he referred to a series of deviations revealed in the construction.

Saying that all the systems and elements of the hospital should be combined in a scientific, practical and artistic way in the many-sided aspects of functionality, convenience and architectural beauty, he clarified his opinion on important issues of finishing the construction of the hospital.

Stressing that preparations for operating the hospital should be made in a responsible manner as its construction has entered the final stage, he set forth the tasks related to the opening of the hospital.

 

DPRK Missile Administration Conducts Ground Jet Test of Carbon Fiber Solid-fuel Engine

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- The Missile Administration of the DPRK, together with the Academy of Chemical Materials, conducted another ground jet test of high-thrust solid-fuel engine using the composite carbon fiber material on September 8.

A spokesman for the DPRK Missile Administration made public such following contents:

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un oversaw the important test.

The ninth ground jet test of the engine is the last one in the development process.

The maximum thrust of the engine is 1 971 kN.

On the same day, a decree on awarding the state commendations to the president of the Academy of Chemical Materials and the director of the Institute of Solid-fuel Engine under the Missile Administration was ratified.

Kim Jong Un appreciated that the eye-opening fruition of the development of high-thrust carbon fiber solid-fuel engine is the success assuming the most strategic nature in the recent modernization of defence technology and heralds a significant change in expanding and strengthening the nuclear strategic forces of the DPRK.

Present there were Kim Jong Sik, first vice department director of the Munitions Industry of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the general director of the Missile Administration, the president of the Academy of Missile Science, the president of the Academy of Chemical Materials, managers and chief engineers of the Institute of Solid-fuel Engine and the Missile Engine Production Factory and other scientists, technicians and officials in the relevant sector.

Eine Flaggenaufzugs- und Eidzeremonie zum 77. Jahrestag der Gründung der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK) fand am 9. September in Pyongyang statt.

Der Oberste Führer KIM JONG UN, Generalsekretär der Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK) und Vorsitzender für Staatsangelegenheiten der DVRK, wohnte der Zeremonie bei und hielt eine Rede.

Er begann die Rede mit warmen Glückwünschen an das ganze Volk und an die Offiziere und Soldaten der Koreanischen Volksarmee (KVA), die die Republik erfolgreich und würdevoll aufbauen.

Er pries das Andenken an alle Helden und patriotischen Märtyrer, einschliesslich jene, die in militärischen Ueberseeoperationen gefallen sind.

Seine warmen Grussworte gingen auch an die Landsleute im Ausland und deren Organisationen.

Der Vorsitzende KIM JONG UN betonte, dass niemand den Status und die Sicherheit des Staates gefährden könne. Und niemand könne die Aera des Gedeihens aufhalten.

Mit ihrer Würde und Macht werde die DVRK jeder Ungerechtigkeit und jeder Herausforderung widerstehen und die Ideale des Volkes hochhalten und verteidigen.

Er sagte:

"Die Wahrheit ist, dass der von uns gewählte Sozialismus der einzig richtige Weg ist.

Der Glaube des ganzen Volkes an den Sozialismus unserer Prägung und seine anstrengenden Bemühungen, ihn zu verteidigen und ihm Glanz zu verleihen, fördern unsere nationale Entwicklung und eine neue Phase des Gedeihens.

........

So lange der Sozialismus unserer Prägung blüht, wird unser Land ein friedliches und gedeihendes Land bleiben, und die Sicherheit und das Glück unseres Volkes werden für immer verteidigt werden."

Der Vorsitzende KIM JONG UN schloss mit den warmen Worten:

"Ich gratuliere Ihnen nochmals herzlich zum Gründungsjubiläum unseres glorreichen Mutterlandes, der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea, und wünsche allen Familien dieses Landes Freude und Glück.

Ich danke Ihnen."

Die warmherzige historische Rede des hochverehrten Vorsitzenden KIM JONG UN weist dem sozialistischen Korea den Weg in eine noch erfolgreichere und rosigere Zukunft.
