KPA Service Personnel Vow to Finish Reconstruction Project of War Museum
The
Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum will take on a new look and
this area will turn into a comprehensive educational center along with
the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Memorial Tower on the occasion
of the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland
Liberation War.
The
museum is an edifice conveying feats performed by the great leader
Generalissimo Kim Il Sung and the spirit of devotedly defending the
leader and the spirit of defending the country displayed by the army and
the people of the DPRK in the 1950s.
The
project is another huge one to be undertaken under the long-term plan
and energetic leadership of Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un.
The
successful completion of the project would help visitors deeply grasp
the President's Juche-oriented military idea and the anti-imperialist
revolutionary idea and outstanding leadership art and make a great
contribution to educating all the service personnel and people so that
they may learn from the forerunners' precious fighting spirit.
The
Supreme Commander ordered the KPA to newly build the museum in a bold
manner and successfully spruce up this area along with the War Memorial
Tower.
A
meeting of service personnel of the Ministry of the People's Armed
Forces took place in front of main sculpture "Victory" of the Victorious
Fatherland Liberation War Memorial Tower to thoroughly carry out the
order given by Kim Jong Un to finish the project till the 60th
anniversary of the victory in the war.
Present there were Choe Ryong Hae, Kim Jong Gak, officials of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces and service persons.
A report was made by Kim Jong Gak, minister of the People's Armed Forces, to be followed by speeches.
They
called upon all the soldier-builders to unconditionally finish the
project in the fixed time and thus demonstrate once again the tremendous
might of the powerful Paektusan revolutionary armed forces under the
great Songun brilliant commander.
