12th National Exhibition of Inventions and New Technologies Closes
The
12th national exhibition of inventions and new technologies closed with
due ceremony at the Three Revolution Exhibition on September 3.
The
exhibition involved scientific and technological exchange, scientific
and technological forum, technical workshop, introductions of the work
for applying hundreds of major scientific and technological achievements
to the building of an economic power and disseminating them as
intellectual products.
Drawing
the attention of the participants were the method of abstracting low
calorie coal combustion additive from natural minerals, the machine for
packing women's summer socks, the method of manufacturing natural
moisturizer, Ryonha's PLC, the system of video meeting by use of
computer network, new rice species, etc.
Present
at the closing ceremony were Premier Choe Yong Rim, Chairman of the
Education Commission Kim Sung Du, President of the State Academy of
Sciences Jang Chol, officials concerned, scientists and technicians and
working people.
